The Apprentice sees sixteen young entrepreneurs, short listed from thousands; battle it out through 12 tough tasks for a life changing opportunity with self-made billionaire Lord Sugar. Each week the candidates are set a business task and each week someone gets fired for not pulling their weight. The series tests the candidates’ business wits, competitiveness and ambition and unmasks the cut-throat world of business.’
