Director of Development
Natalie joined Naked in February 2021. She leads the development team, working with Creative Director Tom O'Brien to set the strategy, and Executive Produces on key projects.
Prior to joining Naked, Natalie was development lead at Twofour where she restructured the department and focused on building new brands across all genres. Before that she ran development and executive produced at Electric Ray where she was key in the creation of their biggest formats, including Million Pound Menu, Alone at Home, Carjackers and Call That Hard Work.
Over the past decade, Natalie’s also worked in production and development at some of the UK’s leading indies including Tiger Aspect, Firecracker Films, Twenty Twenty and Studio Lambert.
She lives in Kingston, she loves a colour clash and she recently discovered that riding a bike again after 20 years isn’t as easy as ‘riding a bike’.
