Sreya is an award winning British documentary maker, specialising in unscripted and reality series. With a particular passion for foreign shoots, filming in over 20 countries, she has been lucky enough to have had adventures in some of the remotest locations on earth, including the gold mines of Outer Mongolia and the ice roads of northern Canada.
She has produced and directed a wide-range of primetime series; from the BBC’s Dragons’ Den (aka Shark Tank) and the multi-award winning Real Marigold Hotel, to fixed rig favourite 24 Hours in A&E for Channel Four. Alongside these, she has produced, directed, and often also shot her own documentary films, including an acclaimed Horizon special following transgender people as they navigate their transition.
Sreya recently relocated to New York, where she produced the reboot of TLC’s popular reality show Four Weddings, and has now moved to Los Angeles where she is supervising our latest US-based documentary series.
