Victoria Roye

Victoria oversees freelance staffing across Fremantle UK, with a particular focus on labels Thames, Talkback and Naked. Based in Manchester and London, she is integral in recruiting from the biggest and most diverse talent pool.

Prior to joining Fremantle, Victoria was a Talent Executive at Channel 4, where she hired commissioners in Leeds, Glasgow and Bristol and managed the off-screen talent strategy for Black to Front. She is also the co-founder of TV Talent North, and was previously Talent Executive at BBC Studios working across entertainment, music and events shows including Strictly Come Dancing, Dragons Den, Eurovision, Comic Relief, Children in Need and Mastermind.
